Information Evemt

The Loftus Information Session takes place on Wednesday 21st January from 1-3pm at Loftus Youth and Community Centre. There will be various organisations and Council teams attending. They can offer support and take questions directly from you. A member of the Neighbourhood Policing Team will be in attendance so that residents can raise any issues or concerns in regards to the Loftus ward.

Did you know?

•            Citizen’s Advice can help with topics such as benefits, work, debt and money, consumer rights, housing, family, law and courts and others. 

•            The Bread and Butter Thing is an affordable food club and offers low cost food to its members. Anyone can join.

•            Trading Standards can:

•            offer advice on how to spot, avoid and report scams and fraud

•            provide resources to prevent scams and fraud including No Cold Calling stickers and landline call blockers

•            provide information on the different areas of work of trading standards

•            Provide an opportunity to talk to trading standards with your concerns about criminality in your community, for example, sales of illicit and illegal cigarettes and vapes, counterfeit goods and sale of age restricted products.
